Find jobs that fit you, before you apply.
Fitrole scores every job you browse against your CV and flags what could stop you: years of experience, languages, degrees, visa sponsorship and recruitment agencies. Spend your time on the jobs you can actually get.

Stop reading job ads that were never going to work
The deal-breaker is often in the last paragraph. Fitrole reads the whole posting first and puts it on the job card, before you click.
What Fitrole shows you
- A score on every job. A quick estimate from the title on every card, and a full score against your CV when you open the job.
- What stands in your way. The years of experience, languages, degrees and licences a posting asks for, checked against your profile.
- Visa sponsorship. What the posting says about sponsorship, and whether a UK employer holds a sponsor licence.
- Recruitment agencies. Posts from recruitment agencies are marked, and you can hide them or score them lower.
- Advertised pay. The pay a posting states, in its own currency and period, even when it is buried in the text.
- Saved jobs, your own tags and filters in the job list: hide jobs below a score, jobs that won't sponsor a visa, or agency posts.
For every kind of job
Nurse, accountant, driver, teacher, electrician, marketer, engineer, chef, designer, carer, data analyst, sales. Describe the job you want in your own words and Fitrole checks each title against it. Postings in other languages are read too.
How it works
- Get free early access. Sign up with your email.
- Add your CV. Write a short summary of your experience and the kind of job you want, or upload your CV and let AI fill the form in for you to check.
- Add the free extension and browse. Search for jobs on LinkedIn as usual. Every job card gets a score; open a job for the full check.

The extension and every check on the job cards are free. Paid AI extras (a cover letter written for one job, interview preparation) come later, and they're optional.
Your data stays yours
The extension reads only the job pages the site has already shown you. Your CV summary and preferences are used to score jobs for you, and deleting your account removes everything. Read the privacy policy.
Questions
Is Fitrole free?
Yes. The extension, the scores and every check on the job cards are free.
Does Fitrole apply to jobs for me?
No. It helps you decide which jobs are worth your time; applying stays with you.
How is the score worked out?
A language model checks the job title against the kind of job you want, then reads what the posting requires: years of experience, a language or a degree. Ones your CV doesn't show lower the score.
Which job sites and browsers does it work on?
LinkedIn today, in Google Chrome on a computer. More job sites are on the way.
How do I check if a UK employer sponsors visas?
Use the free UK visa sponsor checker: it searches the Home Office register of licensed sponsors. The extension does the same check on every UK job on LinkedIn.
